Betting is entertainment with a cost. FAFA570 gives every account the tools to cap that cost before it becomes a problem, and applies them the moment you ask.
Deposit limits
Cap what enters your wallet daily, weekly or monthly. A reduction applies immediately. An increase takes effect after 24 hours, so it is never a decision made mid-session.
Loss limits
Set the most you are willing to lose in a period. When the limit is reached, betting is suspended until the period resets. Your balance stays withdrawable throughout.
Session reminders
An on-screen notice every 30, 60 or 120 minutes showing time played and net position for the session. It cannot be dismissed permanently.
Cooling-off
Lock the account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. Login is blocked, promotional messages stop, and the balance remains withdrawable.
Self-exclusion
Close access for six months, one year or five years. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed inside the chosen period, by you or by support, under any circumstances.

Questions worth answering honestly
Am I betting money I need elsewhere? If a bet is funded by rent, school fees or borrowing, the activity has stopped being entertainment.
Am I chasing losses? Raising stakes to recover a losing session is the most common route to a much larger loss. Nothing about a game changes because you are behind.
Am I hiding how much I play? Concealing the amount or the time from people close to you is a signal the activity has grown past what you are comfortable with.
Is it affecting sleep, work or relationships? Sessions that run into the night, missed work, or arguments about money are all recognised markers.
Do I feel relief rather than enjoyment? Playing to escape stress rather than for entertainment changes the relationship with the activity.

Accounts are restricted to adults, and age is verified before the first withdrawal. If a device is shared, use device-level parental controls and never save account credentials in a shared browser. Accounts found to belong to a person under 18 are closed and all stakes returned.
